The Apollo & Greek Muses Odyssey sits at the heart of Xeniq as one of our signature experiences and can be delivered privately at any time of year, tailored to your preferred dates. Day 8 – Mount Pantokrator: From the Summit to the Sea
After a morning transfer to the summit of Mount Pantokrator, Corfu’s highest peak, begin an exhilarating downhill ride that traces the island’s dramatic northern contours all the way back to Acharavi. With sweeping views across the Ionian Sea and, on clear days, the Albanian coastline, the descent is fast, flowing, and deeply rewarding, an energising release that captures the freedom and exhilaration of the odyssey’s closing chapter.
Enjoy a half day at leisure and final evening to celebrate a natural active way of living well, not as an ending, but as a shift toward a renewed sense of self, embracing the Greek way of life.

DAY 1 – Arrival in Corfu: The Beginning of the Odyssey
Arrive on the island of Corfu, where layers of Venetian, French, and British influence meet the natural rhythms of the Ionian Sea. Settle into your accommodation in Corfu Town, a UNESCO-listed old town known for its elegant architecture, arcaded streets, and gentle pace of life.
This first day is intentionally unhurried, time to land, breathe, and transition from everyday life into the flow of the odyssey ahead. As evening approaches, gather for welcome drinks with the Xeniq team and fellow travellers, setting intentions, sharing introductions, and marking the quiet beginning of a journey shaped by movement, connection, and living well.

DAY 2 – Explore Corfu Town (Circular Route)
Begin your cycling odyssey with a gentle circular ride around historic Corfu Town, weaving and exploring UNESCO-listed streets, iconic landmarks, cobbled streets and leafy promenades, offering a relaxed introduction to the island’s Venetian heritage, sea views, and everyday Corfiot life.
Take time to visit some historical sites such as the Museum of Asian Art, Old & New Fortress, Old Town, and have a coffee on Liston Square.

DAY 3 – Ascend to Achilleon Palace enroute to Southern Corfu
Leaving Corfu Town, head south on a steady ascent to the renowned Achilleon Palace, once the retreat of Empress Sissi, where the elegant Peristyle of the Nine Greek Muses invites reflection. Take time to connect with the Muse that resonates most with you in ancient mythology, and consciously carry her energy forward as part of your own odyssey toward health, vitality, and well-being.
Pause for a packed lunch and a gentle walk through the palace’s lush gardens, allowing yourself to be fully immersed in myth and setting. Overlooking the grounds stands Apollo, the god of light, music, harmony, and intellectual clarity, a timeless symbol of balance between body, mind, and spirit, and of the principles that support longevity and disciplined vitality.
En route, the ride weaves past olive groves, including the oldest olive tree, Evdokia, that has sustained Corfu’s olive oil tradition for centuries, alongside historic landmarks and quiet countryside vistas that reflect the island’s deep agricultural and cultural heritage.

DAY 4 – Explore the Diversity of Southern Corfu (Circular Route)
Explore the diverse landscapes of southern Corfu, cycling from the south-eastern coastline, with its sandy shores and gentle coastal roads, across the island toward the wilder south-western edge. Find the protected area of the Korission Lagoon, a Natura 2000 reserve and sanctuary for biodiversity, where migratory birds and unspoilt wetlands have remained free from development.
The day continues along the golden dunes of Issos and Chalikounas beaches, where the lagoon meets the Ionian Sea in a rare and tranquil landscape. Coastal, inland, and mountain terrain combine to reveal the quieter, elemental beauty of Corfu’s south.

DAY 5 – From South to North Corfu – Villages, Vistas & Living History
Journey north through Corfu’s quieter interior, passing the historic Governor’s Mill, once central to the island’s agricultural life and water-powered ingenuity. In a hillside village, step into a Folklore Museum, a rare window into 19th-century Corfiot domestic life, preserving tools, crafts, and customs that quietly shaped the island’s rural rhythm.
The route continues to Kaiser’s Throne above Pelekas, a panoramic vantage point offering sweeping views across Corfu and Ionian Sea, and on clear days, as far as mainland Greece. Kaiser Wilhelm II favoured this as a place of reflection and observation during his visits to the island.
Ensure to round of this day with a local wine tasting and a visit to the secluded Paleokastritsa monastery, where centuries of contemplation, simplicity, and resilience echo the slower pace of island life.
This day blends landscape, heritage, and perspective, revealing Corfu not as a postcard, but as a lived and layered place.

DAY 6 – Northern Heights & Hidden Horizons
A gradual climb leads to Lakones, famed for one of Corfu’s most awe-inspiring panoramas, a natural pause point for a signature coffee or artisanal ice cream overlooking the Ionian coastline. A short detour brings you to Angelokastro, the island’s dramatic “Eagle’s Nest” fortress, perched high above the sea and once considered impregnable, offering sweeping views across western Corfu.
Descending through olive-covered hills, the route passes an olive press and museum in Vistonas, where centuries-old methods reveal why Corfiot olive oil is among Greece’s most distinctive. The ride continues toward the Helidoni Viewpoint, unveiling a spectacular outlook over Agios Georgios Bay, the Diapontia Islands, and on clear days, the distant Albanian mountains.
The day concludes as you roll into Acharavi, marking your arrival in northern Corfu after a ride defined by elevation, perspective, and expansive horizons.

DAY 7 – Northern Corfu Loop (Circular Route)
A scenic circular ride from Acharavi climbs toward Spartillas, one of Corfu’s highest villages, long known for its commanding views across the island and toward Albania. Historically isolated and self-sufficient, Spartillas offers a glimpse into Corfu’s mountain life, shaped by resilience, altitude, and community.
The route continues to the viewpoint at Lafki, where sweeping panoramas meet a timeless village kafeneio, shaded by an ancient olive tree. Here, pause for exceptional local orange cake and coffee, a simple but memorable expression of Corfiot hospitality and slow living.
This ride blends elevation, tradition, and reflection, offering a fitting close to the odyssey through northern Corfu’s quieter, highland landscapes.
